This privacy policy explains how UAB Brunas software collects, uses, and shares your data when you use our app, Brunas driver.
While using in app truck navigation or phone based GPS tracker feature, we collect GPS location data (FINE_LOCATION). We use Google analytics to track app usage statistics, navigation through different app windows. We collect task data, entered by the user (VIN numbers, comments, damage photos, VIN handover data, CMR photos), also vehicle service and cadency data, entered by the user.
We use user GPS location to display the route driven for the app user itself and for the employer’s logistics managers. Google analytics ap usage is used while determining app issues. All other data, entered by user (driver) is displayed for employer’s logistics managers.
User data is not shared with 3rd parties.
All user data is retained for up to 2 years.

This section explains how the “Brunas TMS Tracker Toggle” Chrome browser extension collects, uses, and stores your data.
The extension reads authentication tokens (JWT and refresh token) from the Brunas TMS web app (hi.brunas.lt) that you are already logged into. These tokens are used solely to authenticate API requests on your behalf. No passwords are ever accessed.
The extension stores the following data locally in your browser using the Chrome storage API:
Authentication tokens (JWT and refresh token) — stored in session storage, cleared when the browser session ends.
Your selected organisation ID — stored in session storage.
Your preferred base URL for the Brunas TMS app — stored in local storage.
The following data is kept in memory only and is never written to disk:
Recent issue/task titles and IDs shown in the popup.
Your active time-tracking session details.
All data is used exclusively to: (a) authenticate requests to your Brunas TMS instance, and (b) display your active timer and recent tasks in the extension popup. No data is processed for advertising, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to time tracking.
Your data is not shared with any third parties. All API calls are made directly to your organisation’s Brunas TMS instance (hi.brunas.lt or a custom URL you configure). No data is sent to Brunas servers beyond your normal use of the Brunas TMS application.
Session-stored data (tokens, organisation ID) is automatically cleared when your browser session ends. Locally stored preferences (base URL) persist until you uninstall the extension or clear browser storage.
